Certificates of Participation...!

Dear all walkers,

Please take note Race Walkers’ Association of Malaysia (RWAM) will be sending your 1st Putrajaya International 12 Hour Walk 2008 "Certificates of Participation" (by post) on January 2009. (Rule/Regulation Clause 8.05: Competitors who cover a distance of 10km or more will be awarded a Certificate of Participation.)

 

To ensure your entitlement of the certificate, please check your own distance (result posted on December 17 2008).

Congratulation!!

First of all, we congratulate to all walkers that has achieved their success in this "1st Putrajaya International 12 Hour Walk 2008". Each of you has really brightened up this event with a significant spark to all people in the world, saying "walking 12 hours throughout the night is not an obstacle to me!"

 

Furthermore, we are proud to announce 96% of participants have achieved their “Achievement Medal”. For those 1st timers taking part in this event, we wish you keep up the spirit and share your good memories to others.

 

Last but not least, we hope everyone enjoyed and gained experience in this year event and we shall see you all again, next year 2009!

1st Putrajaya International 12 Hour Walk 2008

The Race Walkers’ Association of Malaysia will be organizing the 1st Putrajaya International 12 Hour Walk 2008 on 13th & 14th December 2008. This year’s walk will be held in one of the high exposure area of the Dataran Putrajaya, Putrajaya Malaysia.

Previous years we had attracted more than 500 participants from over 15 countries on Penang 12hour Walks 2007. For this year we hope in attracting approximately 600 participants from as many if not more countries. The walk will be devided into 4 categories, there are: Individual Men & Women Open, Individual Men & Women - 50 KM Walk. 

Start:                December 13, 2008 – 2000 hours           

Ends:                December 14, 2008  – 0800 hours          

                                                                                   

Closing Date:   December 1, 2008        

                         

Registration Fee: 12 hour Walk (*Complusory entry fees)

  1. RM40/- Before November 17, 2008
  2. RM60/- November 18 to November 30, 2008
  3. RM80/- After December 1, 2008 (Late Entries)

 Registration Fee: 50 KM Walk (**Optional Category + Additional fees)

  1. RM15/- Before November 17, 2008
  2. RM20/- November 18 to November 30, 2008
  3. RM30/- After December 1, 2008 (Late Entries)
